New Codes Can't Be Transferred
Following the initial wave of code distribution, we will be implementing stricter controls around code usage. Codes issued moving forward will be non-transferable. Any attempts to transfer, resell, or otherwise distribute codes outside of their original email will result in the associated order being canceled.
Wave 1
Reminder: This release was limited to returning buyers, along with a small group of new participants to help measure redemption rates.
During this first wave, a weakness in the code system was quickly exposed as codes began circulating on the secondary market. While this was not the intended design, we recognize it is now part of this release for the first round of codes.
We want to be mindful of those who may have purchased a code with genuine interest in participating in BoBA. We will accept the orders placed with transferred codes for the first wave and first wave only. However, it is important to set clear expectations.
BoBA will not be able to provide support for any issues related to transferred or resold codes. If you do not have access to the original email that received the code, we cannot assist in resolving any problems that may arise.
