When designing the Tecmo Bowl Insert and Parallels we started with the existing master set framework (ie the Griffey set framework) and “mapping” each card to a corresponding Tecmo Bowl version.
While not a true 1-to-1 mapping (mainly because the box types are limited to only Hobby and Double Mega) the following table explains how we thought about designing the Tecmo Bowl set framework relative to Griffey set.
